Jill Dicken has been a member at South Side since 2013 after relocating to Springfield from Edinburgh, Scotland. A native of Lincoln, Illinois, Jill is no stranger to the Midwest. Jill joined the staff at South Side as Executive Pastor in August 2022. She holds degrees from Lincoln Christian University and The Pennsylvania State University.

Having served as a paraprofessional in law offices in Maryland and Illinois, a program management administrator at a finance firm in Scotland, and as the Vice President of Student Development at Lincoln Christian University, Jill brings years of administrative experience to her new role. She will oversee finance, human resources, and communication, as well as the first impressions and guest involvement ministries.

Outside of South Side, Jill can be found traveling the world with her husband Frank or spending time with family. She also enjoys a few hobbies, including water coloring and making leather earrings.
